Did you know that most Taiwan's traditional pastries are often made with a combination of American and Taiwan local ingredients? And in many cases, they are made even more delicious with world-class American tree nuts, such as almonds and walnuts. We enjoyed an incredible spread of these combinations at the incomparable R Shing Tang pastry shop. Which of these is your favorite?
